User Agreement

Licence

WykSofts Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use KittoCleaner on the number of devices covered by your plan. The free tier may be used on any number of devices.

Your responsibility

KittoCleaner shows you what it will remove and asks for confirmation before removing it. You are responsible for reviewing the selection. Items marked "Check first" may contain files you want to keep. Keep a backup of your important data.

Plans and renewals

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders and provides customer service for orders and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, through the App Store or, for purchases on our website, through Paddle. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase for the current major version and all updates to it. Single Clean grants one full cleanup on the device where it was bought.

Device limits

Each plan lists how many devices may be signed in at once. If more devices are signed in, Pro features pause until you sign out on another device or upgrade.

Updates

KittoCleaner for Mac downloaded from our website checks for updates automatically and installs them after you agree, using the Sparkle update framework. Copies installed from the App Store are updated by Apple. From time to time an older version may stop being supported, and the app will then ask you to update before you can keep cleaning.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or share your account, or use KittoCleaner to interfere with systems you do not own.

Warranty and liability

KittoCleaner is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, WykSofts Inc. is not liable for data loss resulting from a cleanup you confirmed, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may stop using KittoCleaner and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
